- You receive a Microsoft Teams invitation at the email address you give when you book.
- On the call, we ask about your business, your current accounting and what you need help with.
- Afterwards, we confirm whether a published package fits, or send a proposal with the scope and fees before any work starts.
Please do not include passwords, identity documents or client records in the booking form.

Is the introductory call free?
Yes. The 15-minute introductory call is free and does not commit you to anything.
Which team should I choose?
Choose Canada for a business in Canada, including Ontario: calls are in Toronto time. Choose International for Lebanon and other countries: calls are in Beirut time.
What if none of the times suits me?
Email the team shown on this page with two or three times that work for you, and we will reply to arrange a call.
